waaaa~~~ seriously, i did my best today, i carried till my hands are numb, almost fainted, but i didn't give up, i carried until i almost sprain my leg....T.T... so yea, last day of SGB.... love the free work-out. AND the free flow of food! LOL! ate around 11 days worth of food.... i gained 3kg.... SAD! but, i dont care. LOL! and i sweat like mad! my sweats just kept dripping.... like a broken pipe.

ok, so tml have to wake up and go over to church at 730am... to move media stuffs.... gonna sleep soon liao.

so deslen requested saving grace by planetshakers for praise and worship for lifegroup... the lyrics are great man! God, our saving grace! and i also felt that our lifegroup really needs to hold on to Jesus and never letting go! cause God have saved our soul and made us whole!

He came down just to bear on the cross as a human being, and it's seriously pain man, just imagine when a big nail goes through your legs and hand, your veins and nerve systems are totally messed up! super pain OK! i kept thinking how Jesus tahan-ed the pain! and the shame! wa.... Jesus is seriously our saviour! CMON! LIFEGROUP! LEONGGROUP RETREAT! WE ARE GONNA REFRESH! RENEW! RE RE RE RE! EVERYTHING RE! FOR 2011!
