I hate using MSGs to cook meals, i find it very unhealthy and a bit of no skill to cook when you use it... LOL (it's my own principal.) Because it spoils the fun of cooking.

Example: using MSG like chicken stock (powdered or liquid form) to make soup or some other dish taste better... it's just... like... a... shortcut.

I rather spend 1 hour making up the stock than to use those 'shortcut' method to cook... sorry if i offended anyone (cause i offended my mother after saying this...HAHA!) but i rearry feel that good food takes time to cook.

Cause to me, food = time.

So my mom got a wok from her mom!!! So-de-exciting-ya! I'll will surely get myself a wok next time!!! And so ya, i used the wok to fry beehoon and 2 types of fried rice, but i forgotten to take picture of the other fried rice cause i was too hungry... so only 1 photo of fried rice. hoho~! (yes, fried rice is a easy and fun dish! i feel that everyone should at least try frying their own rice once in their whole lifetime!)

Fried rice with ikan billis and sambal chilli:


Lesson learnt: Use lesser amount of chilli if not too spicy, more soy sauce next time and prepare a cup of cold water to let it slide down your throat.... LOL!

Fried beehoon:

Lesson learnt: Put more soy sauce and pepper, and never put your spatula at the side while taking photo of your beehoon... it's hideous...

It's been a long time since i last post this long. haha. nights. i should be at desmond's house watching soccer, but lazy to go and tomorrow i have to go church and set up the lights from 11am all the way to evening. So ya, nights once again and all glory goes to God! hee!
