Caught a flu bug on monday and have been restless for the whole week
and....
My Napfa test date is on the 20th of october = 2 more months to train....
Been training much harder since school re-opened.
This morning increased my pace and training reps already! But my diet still overwhelm my trainings... cant lose weight... HAHA! ok.
My goal for this month = lose 2kg, make beef meatball for zhenfang and try to cook the "perfect" beansprout! Heh.
Cooking the "perfect" beansprout means that you can't cook for too long, if not it will lose it's water content inside and become soft and soggy... must cook just nice! Crunchy and tasty! wahah!
