Hello! Been having loads of fun going out with the LG and spending time together encouraging each other as we grow physically and spiritually!

 

These are the people whom i've grown up with! really encouraged to see them keep on sharing that faith and praying for each other! really really touched by them! waikiat you're missed! haha!

ENLIST LO! Shaoyang and Jieshi! Time pass really fast! I still can remember clearly when you guys took that step of faith and receive salvation into your life last year! that was a historical moment! haha! And that was 2 months before i enlist into army (i was worried and had mixed feelings entering ns, one factor was because of shaoyang!) haha! i still can remember that look on his face the last saturday night before i enter army! it was quite emotional when you encouraged me to not give up and its like seeing an older brother going off! haha! now it's my turn! shaoyang! all the best! cant wait to hear praise report from your camp! same to you jieshi! when feeling tired/weary, turn to God!

Finally! exams are over! yay! shall update more!

Yes, my boss have been playing 9.33FM on the radio everyday in my workplace! i've been listening to chinese songs for like average of 6 hours everyday! haha! so kinda get use to the melody and tune of chinese songs! and some are seriously nice to listen!

this song is like being played on the radio at least 2 times in a day! and its super catchy~

because my chinese is quite bad, it took me like 1 week to find this song on youtube! haha i dont really know what he's singing.... but its super nice to listen! i will randomly type chinese hanyu pingying on youtube and getting random songs here and there just to find this song... and i finally found it! lol... #achievementunlock

okay, shall go and find some good chinese christian song!

Saw this on instagram! super cute! how can a baby fox be so attracted to a camera lens! haha! i like animals coming near to me and make friends with you! its like they cant understand you when you talk to them... but they wanna get to know you better, like being comfortable with you by coming closer to you, sniff and still being calm! haha! especially baby animals!

this photo makes the cold snowy forest looks fun and interesting to explore... hahaha... maybe theres a pack of foxes or some bear grills running behind him or what! haha!

come to think of it... maybe this guy over here smeared some food/meat over his lenses so the fox is kinda attracted to it! okay! time to study for exams! super busy! 2 more papers to go!

Such an old song. But so meaningful. In all circumstances, give thanks, praise Him! Even though we do not know why God allow things/situations to happen in our life, all the ups and down. Always give thanks, no matter how good or how bad. Submit all your emotions to Him because He sees the bigger picture. Don't back out, cause God has a plan for you.

last week was super hectic... mon-test, wed-report, fri-test. really tired... physically... seriously tired.. haha!

but atlast! finally get to watch the long awaited despicable me 2! haha! the minions are seriously too cute!
but i preferred the first despicable me! haha! okay.

yes, gordon came to visit singapore! and i went to visit him! hah! have watched quite a handful of his cooking shows and time to see him live!

i just like to see top chefs in person! #fanboymode haha!

i even tried tweeting him 3 times! hoping that he'll see my tweet and reply to at least one.. but he didnt! haha!  :(

hoping that jamie oliver and heston bluthamulumenthal will come to visit singapore too! i'll surely go and visit them! haha!

Croissants - one of the best pastry experience i have ever bake in my life.

Love the outer brown coatings and the stacks of flaky layers in a croissants. And not to leave out; the buttery flavour. Best tasting dough and loads of folding required.

This is the reason why i love baking... you roll and fold and roll and fold. that effort is put into making the layers in the croissants. And when you put into the oven, it just 'magically' poof out into this! 

Wanna thank my FNN teacher who taught me how to do this in secondary school! Really cant forget that experience when she did not want to reveal to me what i was making back then... she just kept asking me to fold and roll and fold and roll! until it comes out from the oven! haha! something that i will keep with me for life. :)

So... i met someone at the bus stop after creative discipleship just now... someone whom i've not met for years... someone who tuition-ed me chemistry 6+ years ago (when church started this tuition ministry). That someone who did not give up hope on teaching chemistry to me when i myself, gave up hope on chemistry. That someone who tried loads of methods to get my attention and always tolerated my 'hyperactiveness' .... and taught me with loads of passion. And because of that passion in teaching, i got really interested in chemistry. And because of that, i'm on my way to pursue my masters in the chemistry-related industry...

That someone is called mona lisa. actually her name is lisa, its just that i cant remember her surname. kept calling her mona... or lisa... she was the keyboardist in z3 last time, dont really know where is she now...

And for your info, i have really short attention span... i can't read long paragraphs for like more than 30seconds - 4 minutes. that is why i love putting loads of spaces between my words and loads of fullstop when im typing, it is to take a breather; like a brain-is-loading kind of thing '...' to make it easier for me to read.

I was on the verge of giving up my sciences 2 weeks before my N levels and letting go the opportunity to take up O levels in sec 5 cause i totally DID NOT understand WHAT IS CHEMISTRY IS ABOUT! :(

But sister nana saw how bad my science results are (always a U) and managed to get lisa to tutor me 2 weeks before my N levels, and because of that, i got a B for my sciences. Thats where i got really interested in science.

And now, i did not expect myself to be in the science industry.

So, once again, thank you lisa. thanks for teaching chemistry. teaching with that passion of yours. thanks for being a mentor and a good teacher. God bless you. hahahaha

Beautiful Saviour - Planetshakers

Jesus knew about this, He knew that He had to bear the sins of the world and die on the cross for us. Yet He still chose to die for us. This was the point where He had to leave the presence of God in order to die for our sins. And how scary to leave His presence, I can't imagine. He did it just for us.

So... last saturday after dinner, as i'm walking home, I suddenly felt so physically drained that i just wanted to  just sit on a bench below my house, put aside everything and spend time with God. And as i was doing that....

This cat came, jump onto the bench and took a sit beside me... LOL! hahaha! i find that very cute. So i went to pet it... and it started climbing over me for about 3 times. Like marking its territory! haha! then the cat would just sit quietly beside me and soon after a while, it was sleeping soundly beside me. Once a while the cat would open its eye to check whether im still here or not.. which made me not want to leave (so i sat there for about an hour before i go up.)

okay, as i was meditating and praying. the 2 songs below just popped up in my head. and i started to worship God with that! hahah!

Reason for feeling so physically drained?

Yes, I'm taking part time studies (night classes) in sp now... Advanced diploma in polymer technology (it is a thru-train for me to pursue my masters in polymer technology-material science)... and yea, school started last week. every monday, wednesday and friday... and there will be meetings on tuesdays and thursdays, everyday reaching home at 11+, sleep at 12+am. And wake up at 5+am the next morning.

Therefore, my body is kinda not accustomed to this timing yet, so I'm feeling the tiredness. Plus some other commitments i have to do... So i was physically drained and yes! i'm not mentally drained yet! hahahahah! gonna do my report now! hahaha! bye.
